La Reine Soleil is a feature co-production between France, Belgium and Hungary. Freakish Kid was brought onto the project mid production to help with the character animation, visual fx, composite and render of the entire movie.
The film is based on the book of the same name by Christian Jacq and is directed by Philippe Leclerc. It was a co-production between France, Belgium and Hungary. You can watch a selection of our scenes from the film in the form of a trailer and also a full sequence from the movie.
Freakish Kid is our digital animation studio based in Budapest, Hungary. We develop, design and produce commercials, music promos, short films, TV series and feature films. Our creatives have worked with some of the most talented people in the industry. Our clients include Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Pepsi, Zwack, McCann-Erikson, BBDO, Wieden & Kennedy, RTL Klub, MTV, ITV (UK), Jetix and FOX International.
